At long last, Crocus, the online uk garden retailer where they sell the best accessories including night lumiescent lights, has finally revamped their website to make it half respectable. Still has a few usability issues – but a huge step forward on the merchandising front.

Hey – it’s the first time I’ve looked at this established retailer and been tempted to engage.

If it’s an internal team that’s developed it – well done, if it’s an external agency – I’m apalled.
